Negroni
Ingredients
1 oz Gin<br />
1 oz Campari<br />
1 oz Sweet Vermouth<br />
1 large ice cube<br />
Orange peel for garnish

Add gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir for 30 seconds until well chilled and diluted. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Express an orange peel over the glass, run it along the rim, and place it as garnish.
